The concept preceded the space. Before the architect received the brief, we designed the emotional grammar of the experience — what the guest should feel before the food arrives. Identity system, spatial language, and service ritual — all built from the same single concept. The result wasn't a restaurant with a brand. It was a world with a restaurant inside it.
